Sacred Worship Committee

The Sacred Worship committee assists Father Al in planning liturgy for special holidays and events such as Advent, Lent, Easter, plus other Parish devotions such as St. Florian's Feast and Memorial Day Celebrations.  Develop schedules of liturgical ministries including choir, servers, readers, etc.

Parish Education Committee

The Education committee assists the Pastor and Co-ordinator of Religious Education (CRE) in choosing youth faith formation curriculum, planning catechist in-service programs, developing and implementing adult faith formation programs. 

Catholic Social Teaching Committee

Social Teaching Committee incorporates the corporal and spiritual works of mercy by collecting knitted mittens, caps and scarves for distribution to our homebound parishioners, parish food pantry, and the Wausau Women's Community.  We collect used eyeglasses for the Rosholt Lions Camp.  We have prayerfully protested abortion in conjunction with the 40 Days for Life Prayer Vigil.  New Parishioners receive a "Welcome Bag" made by our committee.

Cemetery Committee

This committee works with funeral homes and families on lot purchases and burials.  Assists with maintenance and enforcing the cemetery regulations set.

Building and Grounds Committee

Work on maintaining and inspecting the Parish building and grounds.  They also work on safety and hazard concerns for the parish.

Finance Council

This committee works together to make the best financial decisions possible for the parish.  They work on a parish budget and gather information for future projects that need to be completed.  They work with maintaining accurate records for committee or parish sponsored events. 

Parish Council

This committee assists Father in making decisions for the parish so we are in compliance with the Diocese and government regulations.  They also work on planning and implementing future projects, events, and fundraisers.  The committee also works on creating mass schedule changes if needed and assisting Father with gathering information for implementing new programs or changes for the Parish.
